Redlake Enterprises Pty Ltd (Redlake) has an application before the Department of Planning (NSW) for approval to develop land at Tomago NSW.

 

The land – Lot 161 DP 774440, Lot 1 DP 1003492, Lot 1 DP 597372, Lot 513 DP 585256 will be developed as an industrial estate.

As part of the overall development Redlake will be developing facilities for WesTrac Pty Ltd (WesTrac) the distributer of Caterpillar Equipment throughout NSW and the ACT.

 


These facilities will be the NSW / ACT headquarters for WesTrac.

 

The facility will also house the WesTrac Institute for the training of apprentices and other staff for WesTrac and other clients.

 

The period for comments by the Public IS NOW CLOSED.
